The Outer Worlds Arriving On Switch Next Year

Obsidian Entertainment’s The Outer Worlds arrived on PC, Xbox and PS4 last week, but us Switch fans will have to wait until 2020 to play the game on-the-go.
According to Games Radar, the game’s publisher has issued a new press release which states that the Switch version is arriving in 2020. The company behind the port is Virtuous, who will be familiar to fans of Dark Souls and Starlink as they handled the Switch versions of those games too.
Games Radar speculate that, given Dark Souls Remastered took an additional five months to arrive on Switch, we could be looking at a similar time frame here. That would put the release date around March, which also happens to be the end of Take Two’s fiscal year. So, it’s not beyond the realms of possibility.
Are you looking forward to playing this one on Switch? Have you checked it out on one of the other platforms this weekend? Let us know what you think down in the comments.
