We love surprises here at Nintendo Village, especially when they’re Zelda-shaped. Lucky for us (and you wonderful people of course) Nintendo have just dropped a brand new update for Cadence of Hyrule completely out of nowhere.

The new content is available for free via a software update and features brand new story content and an additional dungeon mode.

Both modes are unlocked once you’ve finished the main game, with the new story content starring the game’s villain Octavo. You’ll apparently uncover his true reason for wanting to take over Hyrule.
