Bowser’s taken over Mario Maker Monday!

It’s all about King Koopa and his minions this week, with a trio of stages for you that all feature boss battles. Our own stage features a pretty terrifying creation that you can only really try to outrun. If you like it and want to include it in one of your own levels, Paul’s got a video guide for you.

As for our competition, the three winners were Kilec, Derek Lewis and bc2014. We’ll be in touch shortly to give you your codes, congratulations!

We’ve been generous and included plenty of mushrooms to give you a chance of reaching the goal, but it still won’t be easy. Stay calm, be patient, and show the wrong ‘un who’s boss!

We went hunting for boss battle stages in course world and found this cool one from theboilolo. A 3D World one, to mix things up a bit, with a couple of Koopalings to take down before your square up against Cat Bowser!

It’s a shorter stage, but a fun one to play through nonetheless. Hope you enjoy it!

Thanks to IAmAgent4 for answering the call for boss battle stages we put out on Facebook. It’s a little similar to our own stage, with a boss rush feel to it.

Boom Boom and Baby Bowser are waiting for you before you have to square off against the big boss himself. If you lose your powerups (like we did) then that final confrontation requires a lot of patience and quick thinking.
