You Can Beat Yacht Club's New Game Cyber Shadow In 4-10 Hours

Cyber Shadow is the upcoming action platformer being published by Yacht Club and developed by Aarne Hunziker of Mechanical Head studios. Announced back in March 2019, it sees you take on the role of a ninja, slicing and dicing your way through hordes of mechanical baddies and bosses.

In a upcoming interview with Nintendo Enthusiast, Hunziker has shed some light on just how long the game will take to finish:

Personally, I can complete the game in a few hours, but playtesters are taking anywhere from 4 to 10 hours to reach the ending. This is not counting feats / achievements.”

That’s not a bad chunk of time for this kind of game, and as it’s due to be priced at $14.99, you shouold definitely get your money’s worth. As you can tell from the trailer below, chaining together combos for speed runs looks to be a core part of the experience too, so we’d wager there’ll be plenty of replayability outside of the main story.

There’s word on a release date yet, but with Yacht Club finally dropping the King of Cards update for Shovel Knight - as well as Shovel Knight Showdown - hopefully they’ll be at full sail finishing off Cyber Shadow now!
