We’re only a couple of weeks out from the arrival of Pikmin 3 Deluxe on the Switch, but you can get a head-start on the game thanks to a new demo now available on the eShop.

The demo is free to download, and if you manage to beat it, your save data will carry over to the full game should you wish to continue. You’ll also gain access to the ‘ultra-spicy’ difficulty level from the get go if you’re up for a stiffer challenge.

The demo will see you play through the first three days of the story mode, though you’ll also be able to tackle the mission mode if you fancy too. Both modes are playable in 2 player if you’ve got some company as well.

The full game releases on 30 October, and we’re incredibly excited to revisit it. The original release on Wii U was fantastic, and if you want to know why we think so, check out the video below!
