2K really showed Nintendo fans a lot of love in today’s Nintendo Direct Mini. As well as the upcoming releases of Bioshock: The Collection and the Borderlands Collection, they’re also bringing the XCOM 2 Collection, with all three releasing on 29 May.

XCOM 2 includes the base game as well as four DLC packs (Resistance Warrior Pack, Anarchy’s Children, Alien Hunters, Shen’s Last Gift), and also comes bundled with the War of the Chosen expansion.

The turn-based strategy game sees you mount a resistance against an alien race in order to preserve humanity. The core mechanics will be a little familiar to those of you who played Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle, though there’s obviously a lot less crazed bunnies on show here.

The physical version comes on an 8GB cart, and will require a 24GB download to progress past the first two missions. You can check out a trailer featuring the game alongside Borderlands and Bioshock below. Let us know if you’re picking it up!
