Splatoon 2 last got an update back in January, with a few tweaks to weapon balance and a promise to continue tweaking the balance to keep the game as competitive as possible. They also promised a further update in ‘late April’.

It would appear whoever’s manning the Nintendo VS Twitter account got a little trigger happy, as a tweet announcing the latest update was posted yesterday, before being quickly deleted:

As you can see, there’s no major changes coming to the game, just the continued balance tweaks Nintendo had mentioned in the previous update. Still, with the Tweet going out, we can expect the update to roll out soon.
