Switch Version Of Crash Bandicoot 4 Mentioned On Official Website

As it stands, Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time is only headed to Xbox and PS4 when it launches on 2 October, but the game’s official website is hinting that a Switch version may very well be on the cards.

One clever user has been digging into the website’s source code, and found reference to the Nintendo Switch as a possible option when pre-ordering the game. The option obviously isn’t live, but it’s there in the code:

Despite there being no official word as yet, Activision have said that they’re evaluating additional platforms for the game.

Both the N. Sane trilogy and the Spyro Reignited trilogy made it over to Switch after a brief delay, so we wouldn’t be totally surprised if a Switch version of Crash 4 rocked up late to the party.

Let us know down in the comments if you’d hold out for a Switch version!
