It’s official, the long-rumoured Super Mario 3D All Stars is indeed real and is coming to Nintendo Switch on 18 September. Yes you read that right, in two weeks’ time.
The collection will feature Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Galaxy from the N64, Gamecube and Wii respectively. All three games will feature improved resolutions, whilst Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Galaxy also benefit from a 16:9 display ratio. All games have also been optimised for gameplay on Nintendo Switch.
A music player mode is also included, allowing players to enjoy their favourite tracks from all three games.
The release will be time-limited, with a physical retail version and the digital version going on sale until 31 March 2021.
