Nintendo have revealed that the next challenger to join the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate roster will be unveiled on 1 October.

They’ll be releasing a brief, 3 minute video over on their YouTube channel at 3:00 pm UK time, 7:00 am PDT revealing the fighter, as well as containing a brief message from series’ director Masahiro Sakurai.

Whoever it is will be the second character from Fighters Pass Vol 2, following the arrival of Min Min of ARMS fame earlier this year. There a six characters planned in total for this second round of DLC, with the first Fighters Pass adding Joker, Hero, Banjo-Kazooie, Terry Bogard and Byleth.
