Upcoming indie action-platformer Cyber Shadow has been delayed, albeit not by much according to publisher Yacht Club Games.

The Shovel Knight publisher’s latest project - developed by Mechanical Head Studios - was originally slated for a ‘Fall 2020’ release date, though that has now been scrapped. Although Yacht Club have declined to give a new release window, they’ve reassured fans that it’s only a ‘minor delay’:

“Over this past year, we’ve been tirelessly working with Mechanical Head Studios in high hopes of hitting a Fall 2020 release date. The end is nearly in sight, but we need a little more time to add polish and finishing touches to the experience. We understand the news is disappointing but please keep in mind that this is only a minor delay! We expect to have an updated release date ready to share soon.”

As well as they delay, the publisher also revealed that Cyber Shadow will launch at $19.99, with the current price of $14.99 still available as a discounted pre-order offer for those who are happy to take the plunge ahead of release.
