Whilst us Nintendo fans tend to keep an eye out for patent filings in order to get a glimpse into any weird and wonderful hardware ideas the Big N have cooked up, we’re not so sure that’s going to be possible with this latest one.

Nintendo have filed a design for the Switch Lite at the Japanese Patent office. You know, that console that released all the way back in September last year. As far as we can make out, there’s nothing new about the filing either, with it listed as “an electronic computer capable of playing a game.”

The patent drawings are kinda cool though. Check ‘em out below, and we’ll keep you posted if anything new emerges!
