The latest entry in the Shantae series got a release date last week, with Shantae and the Seven Sirens due to arrive on 28 May.

That hasn’t stopped some fans speculating about an Ultimate Edition, complete with additional DLC content. One even took to Twitter to ask the game’s publisher - WayForward - whether or not there are any plans for more half-genie action to be added to the game post-launch. The response? Here:

Given that Seven Sirens is being billed as the most expansive adventure for the half-genie hero to date we can’t say we’re overly surprised.
