It turns out that Final Splatfest wasn’t the final one after all! Despite the victory of Pearl’s Team Chaos over Marina’s Team Order last July, Nintendo have decided to re-run an even more contentious Splatfest once again next month.

Running from 22 May until 24 May, the event will see a rematch of Team Ketchup versus Team Mayo. Mayo reportedly won last time around, so if you’re a die-hard advocate of Tommy K, this is your chance to set the record straight.

It’s a #Splatoon2 #Splatfest so contentious we have to do it twice! #TeamMayo and #TeamKetchup are back and it’s up to you to determine which sauce is the boss!
