If you’ve been looking to pick up Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition or perhaps one of the 2K collections that released last week, you may have come across an issue when attempting to pay by credit card.

According to Nintendo’s maintenance page, a number of regions have had problems over the weekend at various times. The times and locations effected are as follows:

30 May at 11:25 PM PT
31 May at 2:25 AM ET
31 May at 7:25 AM in the UK
31 May at 8:25 AM in Europe

Nintendo haven’t provided any further details, stating only:

“We are currently experiencing difficulties with our network services.
Please try again later.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”
