Baldo's Release Date Changed To TBD

One of the more impressive looking games from March’s Indie World Presentation Baldo has seemingly had it’s release date changed.

Originally slated for a ‘Summer 2020’ release, its official listing over on the Nintendo website has now been changed to TBD. That would make sense given that we’re into September and summer has technically ended without the game arriving, though it’s still sad to see the game still doesn’t have a solid release window.

There’s been no official word from the developer Naps Team as yet - we’ll be sure to update you when there is - but interestingly the game does seem to have gained a longer title. That same Nintendo listing now gives the game the title of Baldo: The Guardian Owls.

Hopefully the game hasn’t run into too many troubles and the slipped release date is simply down to coronavirus-inspired delays.

We’ll let you know when Naps Team provide an update. In the meantime, give yourself a reminder of the Ghibli-inspired adventure via the trailer below.
