Disco Elysium sees you take control of an amnesiac detective trying to solve a murder in a city recovering from war. Originally releasing in October last year PC, Xbox One and PS4, it garnered a lot of critical praise, winning four Game Awards and picking up three BAFTAs for Narrative, Music and Debut Game at the awards ceremony last week.

Now, Nintendo fans will be able to see what all the fuss is about as the game is officially headed to Switch. Speaking on the BBC’s Game On podcast, the game’s Art Director Aleksander Rostov joked that the interview was “at this very moment, interrupting me from writing up design documentation for the user interface and input systems for the Switch port".

Narrative lead Helen Hindpere confirmed the port, by saying "it's going to happen soon".
